Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit withdrawal, refund, defect-remedy, or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If the law provides greater rights or requires a shorter refund deadline, its requirements prevail. Purchase terms remain in place; this revision does not reduce accrued rights.

What is purchased

Credits for text humanization, RubricLock Deep Review, Deep Meaning Review, and EvidenceLock, plus API unit packages for developers. These are digital services and units of access, not physical goods. The price, allowance, validity period, and quota mode are shown before payment. Where a technical error prevents a paid operation from completing, the deduction must be reviewed and corrected. Receiving a response does not itself remove statutory service-quality requirements.

Refund conditions

In addition to refunds required by law, a refund is available for a confirmed service error: a paid operation was not completed and the agreed result could not be supplied, or purchased credits / API units were not credited within 48 hours of payment. You may contact support as soon as you notice a problem; you do not need to wait 48 hours before contacting us.

An erroneous duplicate payment for the same order is refunded in full for the duplicate portion. An erroneous duplicate deduction of credits or API units for one operation is corrected separately.

The refund is made to the user's payment details from which the payment was made.

If a properly supplied service is simply no longer needed or the user prefers a different style, we do not offer an additional voluntary refund for units already used. This does not exclude a mandatory refund or any other statutory claim. The free allowance helps you evaluate the service but does not replace consumer rights.

An account block for breach of the Terms of Service does not itself automatically remove refund rights or forfeit an unused paid balance. The balance and circumstances of the breach are considered separately under applicable law.

If starting a digital service before a withdrawal period ends, or losing a withdrawal right, requires separate user consent and acknowledgement under applicable law, payment, crediting units, or beginning use alone does not replace those requirements.

Review and refund timelines

Requests are reviewed within 24 hours of contacting support. If a refund is approved, we initiate it within 72 hours of the decision using the original payment details, unless applicable law requires a shorter deadline.

How to request a refund

Write to info@neuroslop.net from the email address linked to your account (or contact support on Telegram: **@AITextChecker**): indicate the payment date, amount, and payment method. Final crediting times on the bank's or payment provider's side may vary.
