Refund Policy

What is purchased

Text humanization credits (humanizers; spent in Standard and Premium modes) and API unit packages for developers. Prices are listed on the tariffs page and the API page. The product is digital: purchased humanizers and API units are credited to your account balance. A humanizer is deducted only after a successful rewrite — if the neural network does not respond, no deduction is made.

Refund conditions

A user may request a refund for a product if it is defective through the store's fault, or if the product is not delivered within 48 hours.

For our service this means: the humanization was not performed through the service's fault and a retry did not help, or the paid humanizers / API units were not credited to the account balance within 48 hours of payment. A double charge for a single payment is refunded in full.

The refund is made to the user's payment details from which the payment was made.

Refunds and replacements are possible only if the products themselves are defective through the store's fault. (If the user changed their mind, did not like the product, etc., refunds and replacements are not provided.) The humanization service has a free daily limit — evaluate the quality before purchasing. Refunds are also not provided for humanizers already successfully spent, or if the account was blocked for violating the Terms of Service.

Review and refund timelines

A user's request is reviewed within 24 hours of contacting store support. If the request is approved, the refund is made within 72 hours of the refund decision, to the payment details from which the payment was made.

How to request a refund

Write to info@neuroslop.net from the email address linked to your account (or contact support on Telegram: **@AITextChecker**): indicate the payment date, amount, and payment method. Final crediting times on the bank's or payment provider's side may vary.
