Refund Policy

What is purchased
Text humanization credits: Standard and Premium packages. Prices are listed on the tariffs page. A credit is deducted only after successful text rewriting: if the neural network does not respond, no deduction is made.
When we will refund your money
- Technical failure: a credit was deducted, but no result was provided, and a retry did not help. We will return the deducted credits or the money paid for them.
- Double charge during payment: we will refund the duplicate amount in full.
- Purchase not activated within 24 hours: we will refund the payment.
When we will not refund
- Credits have already been spent on successful humanizations.
- The result was "not liked stylistically": the humanization service has a free daily limit; evaluate the quality before purchasing.
- The account was blocked for violating the Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Write to the Telegram bot @AITextChecker_bot (t.me/AITextChecker_bot) from the email address linked to your account: indicate the payment date, amount, and payment method. We process requests within up to 5 business days, and funds are returned via the same payment method used. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.
