Is my full text uploaded?
The structural scan stays in your browser. Only after you click verify are detected citation identifiers and metadata used for the Crossref lookup; the full text is not part of that lookup.
What does the report check?
Citations with no matching bibliography entry. Bibliography entries that are never cited. Duplicate references and mixed citation styles. Malformed DOIs and metadata differences reported by Crossref.
What can this check miss?
SourceProof checks citation structure. An optional Crossref lookup compares DOI, title, author, and year metadata; it does not prove a claim, source relevance, originality, or absence of plagiarism.
