User Agreement

Neuroslop is an independent, unregistered project, not a separate legal entity. The service operator is Roman, an individual. Address for legal correspondence: 66 Rachada-Ramintra Rd, Khan Na Yao, Bangkok 10230, Thailand. Contact: info@neuroslop.net, Telegram **@AITextChecker**.

These terms cover the Neuroslop website, public API, Telegram bot, and our other interfaces that link to this agreement (the “service”). The agreement applies after acceptance in a manner permitted by applicable law. Registration, purchase, or use constitutes acceptance only if the terms are made available before that action and it is clearly identified as acceptance. Merely browsing the website is not sufficient.

What the service does

• Text checking: the detector identifies AI patterns and assigns a liveliness score. Checking is free and does not require registration; the checked text is not stored.
• Humanization: a neural network rewrites the text according to our methodology. It is available

after login and consumes the free daily limit or paid credits. Eligible successful website humanizations may enter the protected quality-sample process described below.

• RubricLock: the local structural comparison of an assignment and draft is free. The separate

“Deep Review” runs only after explicit consent, requires a verified account, and consumes three paid credits per request.

• Version comparison: the local comparison is free. The separate Deep Meaning Review runs only

after explicit consent, requires a verified account, and consumes one paid credit per request.

• EvidenceLock: the local comparison of a claim with a supplied source excerpt is free. The separate

deep review runs only after explicit consent, requires a verified account, and consumes one paid credit per request.

Account

• Registration: by email with code confirmation, or via Google or Telegram.
• You are responsible for the security of your password and access to your email.
• One person: one account. Farming free limits through disposable emails and multiple accounts is

prohibited. Access restrictions are handled under “Violations of restrictions” and do not, by themselves, remove mandatory refund rights.

• Maximum of 5 active devices per account.

Protected quality samples

While collection is enabled in “Data and privacy,” an eligible successful humanization made by a verified account through our same-origin website may be retained under `humanize-quality-v2` for no more than 30 days. API, bot, unverified-account, cross-origin, sensitive, and detected minor-related texts are excluded. An authorized operator must manually inspect a pair before it can be approved for evaluation or training; a user's quality label never auto-approves it. The account owner can download active samples, turn future collection off and delete all active samples, or turn collection on again. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

The user retains ownership of the text. While protected collection is enabled, the user grants us, for the active retention period, a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, analyze, label, and transform an eligible source and result solely to evaluate, test, tune, and train Neuroslop's detection and humanization algorithms. The permission for an active record ends when it is deleted. It does not require us to reverse completed processing or delete aggregate or model improvements from which the source and result cannot be reconstructed.

The user must own the text or have the right to permit this use and must not submit another person's personal data, children's data, confidential information, or third-party material without permission. Automated filters reduce this risk but do not replace the user's responsibility or manual review.

Usage restrictions

• It is prohibited to use the service to create content that violates the law.
• Automated requests to the website bypassing the public API are prohibited.
• Request limits are shown in the interface and pack terms. Changes do not reduce an already-paid

allowance or access period unless separately agreed with the user or required by law.

Protecting algorithms and outputs

“Outputs” in this section means scores, labels, reports, explanations, recommendations, rewritten texts, and other responses provided by the service, including through the API. A user's input text does not itself become a Neuroslop output merely because it was submitted to the service.

Without prior written permission from the Neuroslop operator, you must not:

• Extract or attempt to reconstruct non-public service components: source code, model weights and

parameters, system instructions, scoring formulas, or decision rules. This includes reverse engineering and systematic probing and analysis of responses to copy a model's internal logic or behavior (model extraction).

• Use outputs or data from systematic testing of the service to create, train, fine-tune, distill,

optimize, calibrate, validate, or benchmark competing models or services for their development or improvement. Here, competing models or services are independent AI-text detectors, humanizers, and text-rewriting tools with substantially similar core functions; an ordinary permitted integration with our API is not, by itself, such a competitor. This restriction includes using our responses as training examples, reference labels, reward signals, or optimization feedback for such a model.

• Systematically collect input-output pairs, scores, or other responses, build datasets from them,

or sell or supply such datasets to third parties for the purposes described above. This applies to both manual collection and automation through the API.

• Circumvent these restrictions, usage limits, or access controls, including through multiple

accounts, keys, intermediaries, or by engaging third parties to carry out prohibited activities.

Payment, a subscription, an API key, or access to a free allowance does not itself authorize these activities. To request permission for research or another exception, contact info@neuroslop.net with the purpose, access method, data volume, and intended duration. Permission applies only within the scope expressly agreed in writing; silence is not consent. A separate written agreement takes precedence only to the extent of an expressly agreed exception.

Permitted use

You retain rights in your input texts and may store, edit, publish, and use texts and reports generated for you, including in commercial work and ordinary integrations through the public API, subject to these terms, applicable law, and third-party rights. The restrictions above do not apply to your input texts or data obtained independently of Neuroslop and do not grant us additional rights in user content. Our use of protected quality samples remains limited by the corresponding section of this agreement and the Privacy Policy.

Honest reviews, criticism, and good-faith comparisons to choose a product or assess its suitability, including publication of findings, are permitted. Such comparisons must not serve to train, tune, or develop a competing model using our outputs and do not authorize bypassing limits, unauthorized access, or disclosure of protected confidential information.

These restrictions do not override rights under applicable open-source licenses or prohibit acts that applicable law expressly permits regardless of contractual restrictions, including statutory rights to study how software works or achieve interoperability. They also do not prohibit independent development of competing products without using non-public Neuroslop components or making the prohibited use of our outputs described above.

Violations of restrictions

Where there are reasonable indications of a violation, we may proportionately limit access or suspend an API key while we investigate. A confirmed material or repeated violation may lead to termination of access to the extent permitted by law. Unless immediate action is necessary to stop abuse, a security threat, or unlawful conduct, we provide a reason and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach before terminating access. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, contact info@neuroslop.net for reconsideration. Refunds are considered under the Refund Policy, subject to mandatory legal requirements. This section does not impose an automatic monetary penalty or remove rights that cannot be waived.

Payment

Paid credits for humanization, RubricLock Deep Review, Deep Meaning Review, and EvidenceLock are purchased in packages; developers can also buy API unit packages. Each pack's allowance, validity period, and quota mode are shown before payment. Purchased packs retain their purchase terms. Prices are listed on the tariffs page and the API page. The refund procedure is described in the Refund Policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." The detector's score is the algorithm's evaluative judgment; it is not a fact and cannot be the sole basis for decisions about people (termination, student evaluation, etc.). Check the humanization result before publishing: you are responsible for the content of the published text. RubricLock does not predict a grade or prove factual accuracy, authorship, originality, or the absence of plagiarism; you must still compare the result with the assignment yourself. Deep Meaning Review is an editorial heuristic: it may miss a meaning change or flag an acceptable edit. It does not establish factual accuracy; you must review both versions and important conditions yourself. EvidenceLock assesses only how a claim relates to the source excerpt you supply. It does not verify the source's authenticity, completeness, or scientific quality and does not establish that the claim is true; you must review the source and its context yourself.

Changes to terms

We may update the agreement by publishing a new dated revision. New or expanded restrictions apply only to use of the service after the changes take effect, without retroactive effect. For a new user, the revision applies after acceptance under the rules at the start of this agreement. Existing users are informed of material changes before they take effect; those changes apply after adequate notice and acceptance in a manner permitted by law. If applicable law requires advance notice or separate consent, the changes take effect only after those requirements are met; publication alone is not sufficient.

A material change to the quality-sample purpose, data categories, or retention period applies only prospectively after an updated notice and policy version.

Mandatory rules

This agreement does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. This includes mandatory quality guarantees, refund rights, liability of the operator that cannot be excluded, and access to a competent court or supervisory authority. The contact route provided here does not require you to give up other lawful remedies.
